Tuscany is a region that is rich with native produce and next to the most famous and renowned there are many little-known products that are worth being discovered.

When tradition in connection with its own peasant and marine origins get together with the quality local products, without losing a strong desire to renew, the result is extraordinary. With few ingredients the Tuscan housewifes and Italian Chefs are able to create exceptionally tasty dishes.

During your stay in the country house located in Versilia, individually or in a small group we offer a cooking course on the preparation of typical Tuscan dishes, in a pleasant atmosphere and with the guarantee of trying typical products. Managed by a professional chief, one, two or three days of cooking courses which include preparing lunch or dinner and tastings the dishes together with a selection of Tuscany wines. More over, you may choose an additionnal program or one of our gastronomic tours according to your personal interests.

During our tours, you will meet farmers, taste wines and other local products, with opportunity to discuss about wines and wine making with owners or enologists. You will receive information on the Tuscan viticulture, gastronomic traditions and cuisine.Through these tastings you will understand the Tuscan region. The wineries and other farms visited during the excursions are usually of the small, familiar and making excellent wines (when possible organic or/and biodynamic).
