Special gourmet cooking classes

Tuscany and gastronomy


  • For those who are interested in the innovative and inventive cooking, we offer special courses with one highly experienced Chef working in a restaurant of five stars hotel, classified among the 30 bests chefs of Italy.


The duration of the course is 6 hours (in one day), with the preparation of lunch, followed by the degustation.

Exemple of menu with main courses

- Potato gnocchi with shrimp and fresh tomato sauce
- Potato gnocchi from "faro" grain from Garfagnana, with sauce of mussels
- Ravioli di ricotta with butter and sage
- Mugellana Tortelli with Parmesan cream
- Preparation of fresh pasta: tagliolini and tagliatelle with shrimp and seasonal vegetables, pappardelle with ragu of sausage and cannellini beans.


  • For customers interested in organic cooking, we offer also classes of organic cooking with the Chef working only with local products of organic quality (minimum 4 people).



  • We offer also dinner with the Chef showing and explaining you its recepies, dishes and ways to proceed : for those who want to know, taste but do not participate with their own hands). Each complete menu takes 5 hours (minim 4 people).
